Here you get ingredients from the Nordic kitchen combined with exciting flavors and spices from various parts of the world, a selection of top-tier wines, and – of course – the most breathtaking view Oslo has to offer! At Norda, you not only get locally sourced food, you get unsourced food! Yes, that's right, herbs and vegetables are actually grown on the roof of Clarion Hotel® The Hub and make their way to Norda to create an outstanding and unique menu that can be offered to all guests. What will you do?
As a Sommelier, you will ensure that the restaurant has a clear wine profile and create an unforgettable experience for the restaurant's guests together with your colleagues.
Your main responsibilities include:
The position involves shift work on weekdays and weekends. The Sommelier reports to the Restaurant Manager.
